In compliance with Section 6 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act), Qbiqal Technologies Pvt. Ltd. hereby provides this notice to you as a Data Principal before seeking your consent to process your personal data.

What Personal Data We Will Process
- Full name and email address (required for account creation)
- Phone number (required for WhatsApp services and OTP verification)
- Business name, GSTIN (optional, for billing and invoicing)
- Business content you upload to the platform (documents, images, contact lists) for AI processing
- Payment details (processed by Razorpay — we store only order references)
- Usage data and activity logs (for service delivery and security)
Purpose of Processing
- Service Delivery: To create your workspace and provide AI agency services as subscribed.
- Authentication: To verify your identity and secure your account via OTP and 2FA.
- Billing: To process subscription payments and issue GST-compliant invoices.
- Communication: Transactional emails (OTP, receipts, security alerts) via Resend.com.
- Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with Indian law, GST, and government directives.
Consent & Legal Basis
Under the DPDP Act, we rely on your explicit consent (§6) for processing personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for service delivery. By creating an account and accepting these terms, you provide this consent.
For core service delivery (account management, billing, security), we rely on legitimate use (§7) which does not require separate consent.
Your Rights as Data Principal
- Right to Information (§11): Request details of personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Correction & Erasure (§12): Request correction of inaccurate data or erasure of your personal data.
- Right to Grievance Redressal (§13): File a complaint with our Grievance Officer within 48 hours of your request.
- Right to Nominate (§14): Nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. This will result in service termination; legal processing obligations remain.
Processing of Data of Minors
Qbiqal does not knowingly collect or process personal data of children under 18 years of age (§9 DPDP). The platform is intended for use by adults acting on behalf of businesses. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or older.

How to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected] with subject line “Withdraw Consent — DPDP”. Withdrawal of consent will result in account suspension and eventual data deletion per our Data Retention Policy.
